Shipping and delivery
In-stock orders leave within 1–3 business days, and pre-orders by the date shown before you pay, with tracking by email. Here’s what shipping costs and how long it takes.

Delivery times are the carrier’s estimates, not guarantees. Weather and holidays can add a day or two. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your shipping address.
Where we ship
United States only, for now
We ship to addresses in the United States. We check every address against the carrier’s records before we ship, and if something doesn’t match we email you a link to fix it.
What about Canada?
Not yet. Right now, Canadian import charges on golf equipment from the US would add about as much as the pack itself costs, collected at your door. That isn’t a fair deal for you, so Canada is on hold until it changes.
When we do ship to Canada, GST/HST and a Canada Post handling fee will be collected on delivery, and we’ll say so in the cart before you pay.
Tracking
You’ll always know where it is
- When UPS first scans your package, we email you a tracking link.
- Your order page (linked from your confirmation email) shows the latest updates.
- We email you again when it’s out for delivery and when it’s delivered.
If something goes wrong
Late, lost or damaged
- Not moving: if tracking hasn’t updated for 10 days, we’ll offer a replacement or a refund.
- Damaged on the way: send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we’ll replace it or refund you. No need to send it back.
- Delivered, but not there: check with neighbors and your mailroom, give it 48 hours, then contact us.
